Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paying for a plan

Paid plans are paid in advance by bank transfer, for the period agreed with us. The plan starts, or renews, once we receive the payment, and runs until its end date. Current prices are in the Terms of Service.

Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time by emailing info@kriyacore.in from the gym owner’s email address.
• Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for, with every feature still available. It does not renew after that.
• If you don’t renew, your account moves to the free Starter plan’s features, with none of your data deleted, until you ask us to close it.

Refunds

• We do not refund unused time on a plan, whether you cancel, move to a smaller plan, or stop using KriyaCore partway through a period.
• If you pay us twice by mistake, or pay more than you owed, we will refund the extra amount by bank transfer within 7 working days of confirming it.
• If we end the service for reasons that are not your fault, we will refund the unused part of your current period.

Your data after closing

When your account is closed, we keep your data for 30 days so you can ask for a full export, then delete it. Copies in our encrypted backups are gone within a further 30 days.
